Login to Your Site

1. Find your website in a web browser.
2. Type “/admin” behind the URL in the browser window.
3. Login to the backend using your username & password you should have received from nine10.

Reconnecting the Feed

1. Make sure you are logged into whichever Facebook account is an admin on your company’s Facebook page.
2. On the backend of the website find Social Apps > Flow Flow in the menu.
3. Once you see this page:

5. Once you have the new token listed make sure to hit “Save Changes” and then you should be good to go!

Why does this keep happening?

This is a limitation of the Facebook/Instagram integration as their API requires manual authentication, which can expire unexpectedly for various reasons.  The re-authentication step requires a Facebook user who is an Admin for the Facebook page that is integrated to make the authentication connection – which is why Nine10 Inc is unable to reconnect your feed for you.
